76% Amador Viognier, 24% Amador Chardonnay
Light to medium-bodied, sweet melon, peach, apricot and toasty oak flavors, with notes of candy and perfume. Pairs well with prosciutto, caramelized pear and walnut salad, duck, spicy fare, seafood and chicken. Viognier usually appeals to a Chardonnay drinker.
